Limited stock may result in an additional delay of 5 to 7 working days. There are no additional delivery fees in Europe.

Products requiring a CITES import certificate may require an additional delay of 10 working days.

CITES certificates are required for the import of protected products
(Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and
Flora).

All orders placed on our Squaring website are meticulously and carefully packed in a signature Squaring Gift box. Inside, you'll find a warranty card containing the product description and billing documents. The packaging is secure and specially designed for delivery.

Squaring
offers free and secure delivery in Europe, Canada, North America, South America, Asia and the Middle East. We deliver to personal or business addresses that allow carriers to deliver the package to you in person.

We do not deliver to PO boxes or collection points.

The cost depends on the product and the required service. The initial adjustment is free, subsequent charges are handled on a case-by-case basis. You'll always receive a quote beforehand for repair or maintenance.

Squaring offers a 1-year warranty applicable only to certain creations purchased on Squaring.be.

Yes you can request a return or exchange. Contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll send you an email with instructions. A carrier will then collect the package for return.

Please note that after receiving the return authorization via email, you have 14 days to return or exchange your new creation in perfect condition. Ensure it includes all protective elements, labels, stickers, and is in its original
packaging.

Returned
items undergo mandatory quality checks before sending replacement items.
Engraved, modified, or personalized creations cannot be returned or exchanged.
Squaring will not accept returns if the creation shows signs of wear, use,
alterations, or is not in its original condition.

The refund to your bank account/credit card/PayPal account may take up to 10 business days. Returned items undergo a check before approving and initiating
the refund.
